About Us

John Lee, B.S. in engineering (UCLA), MBA in finance (USC). I have 40 years of restaurant experience including 25 years in the catering business. I was born into the restaurant business. My father was a chef at the Brown Derby and Don the Beachcomber and then he opened a Chinese restaurant in 1945. After my father's retirement in 1970, I took over the restaurant business and started a catering service in 1980. During my catering career, I have catered to such luminaries as Bob Hope and Sammy Davis Jr. My most prestigious event was catering a party for King Gustof of Sweden, hosted by Rick Dees.
